The failure and exclusion of consecutive providing ink system

 

the following is our excluding methods and summary about the common failures we encountered of consecutive providing ink system, and we list here to hope give you a help and referrence.
I.There is bubble in the cartridge

I.there is bubble in the cartridge
Failure phenomenon:
◇ The automatic providing ink system has been in regular operation for several months, but now can not printing.
◇ It needs to be carried out the cleansing orders many times every day before printing?
◇ there always has some unfixed broken string of the Printing test lines
◇ the test printing lines are normal at the beginning, but after printing pages some of the string is broken
◇ one of the color is unavailable in printing (it ia usually black)
◇ External cartridge put on a low place for a long time, now the ink couldn`t enter into the ?pipeline
Solution

These failures are due to the phenomenon of the ink in cartridges become bubble. After using six monthes of the automatic providing ink system, there will be a small air bubble? which come from the ink or the printing head accumulate here and it will gradually make the ink bubble.the maintenance approach is not complicated, you just need to draw out the bubble and infuse some normal ink.

If you low the external cartridge mistakely it will also accelerate the formation of the bubble, even the use of automatic providing ink system of Epson original cartridge, the same failures will also happen.
you can exclude this failures as following:
1. Remove the automatic providing ink system from the printer, and put it on the same level with the external cartridge. Installing a new or a using Epson original cartridge is indispensable, and this cartridge must be unperforated, haven`t infused ink and the label must be unspoiled, because a good original Epson cartridge can ensure correct results in the testing.??
2.
After the cartridge return to its place, the printer will implement a natural cleansing one time, you can also repeat the cleansing and print test line three times, until the test line is normal. Then print four-colour or six-colour test chart, the colour test chart must continuously print3~5 pieces and at the meantime observer the printer whether can work normally, if there is something unormal, please repeat the above steps.if you have carried ?out 9~12 times cleansing but the priner couldn`t work either, you can let the machine have a 12 hours` rest before testing.

It indicate your printer nozzle is sound if the test chart is normal, then you can maintain your automatic providing ink system as the following steps:

insert the needle of a 50 ml one-time using injector(removed needles) into the exit of cartridge which is connect with the automatic providing ink system, then slightly incline the injector and pump out the ink slowly from the cartridge. when the injector full of ink,
observe the ink and bubble then you will know the reason that cause the printing unfreely. The printer couldn`t print out the bubble-shaped ink, so you must draw it out by injector.

Uncover the plug of the external cartridge, and put the ink of the injector back to external cartridge, the bubble-shaped ink will change into liquid ink after two hours.

Using injector repeats this pumping process until there is almost no bubble in the ink, this cycle needs about 100 ml of ink and need to repeat two pumping process.?

Note :the pumping process should be slow and may have a standstill, please don`t operate too fast.

In accordance with yellow→thin Magenta→ Magenta→thin blue→blue→black ink pumping sequence of the implementation of the above process, when you do the color operation, please use lukewarm water to clean the injector.
4.Put the cartridge together with the automatic providing ink system into printer, then according to step 2 of the operation detect and debug until normal.

II.The pipeline is pluged
Failure phenomenon:
◇ there needs a large pumping power when you pump the ink by injector, and most of the things you pumped is air.
◇ one of the color is unavailable in printing (it ia usually black)
Solution:

The failure excluding procedure just like the aforementioned "there is bubble in the cartridge", if you find there is great resistance when you pump ink but no ink flow into the injector, you can determine that the pipeline is blocked. the following is a line of several pluging phenomenon and its approach, please check sequentially and troubleshooting.
◇ The exit is blocked.

Inspection methods: stopper the sealed plug and inverse it then pull the pipeline out from the external cartridge to check it whether blocked.
Excluded methods: put the needle of injector into the exit, and it will flowing.
◇ The ink head is blocked

Inspection methods: pull out the ink head from the cartridge and check it whether blocked.
Excluded methods: clean the ink head with water.
◇ The pipeline is blocked

Inspection methods: In ensuring neither the exit nor the ink head is blocked, you can take out some ink from cartridge, if the ink surface is not downward float, it indicate that the pipeline is blocked.
Excluded methods: first check the pipeline whether blocked, if there is a small crystallization or foreign matter, the pins will be available straightened it out; If it is part of the plug-long pipeline, please contact with the local dealers or our company to purchase new six platoons pipelines (4 platoons pipelines)
◇ Whether the air filters of the external cartridge is blocked
      
Inspection methods: at the base of the above three cases have been excluded, you can have a judgment of whether the air filters of the external cartridge is blocked
Excluded methods: clean the air filters
III.cartridge chip damaged
Failure phenomenon:

>The ink indicating light is always light and there is no effect if you turn on the machine once again.
>The decoder is ineffective after decryption chips to cartridge.
> After pressing the cleansing button, the printer does not implement cleansing order.
> When the printing operation is canceled, the printer's ink indicator light is light.
> After restart the computer, the printer`s ink indicator light is light.
Solution

1, Epson style. The shortcomings is if you pull out the cartridge then put it back, there will be some string broken during the printing process, and this need an iterative process of cleansing and testing.
2, If cartridge chips, enjoyed such a phenomenon, please check carefully whether the following possibilities :
.
>the cartridge is not installed in place.
> the chips are improper
>Chips with needles deformed
> Chip is damaged

the first two failures can be excluded through operations, as long as you adjust the chip`s position, and put it on it`s place, that will be ok. The third situation can be found through observation, this failure is due to the installation of the cartridge which has not fixed chip and then remove it forcibly!! In light of this situation, you can invite some experienced people to dismantle the printing head and rectify the touch needles or replace it with another. To the situation of the chip damaged, you can change another decoders for the re-use of renewable once, if it is also abnormal, please change another.All the chips of automatic providing ink system equipped are automatic real-permanent ones. As it needn`t to take the cartridge out to decode after installation of the automatic providing ink system, the possibility of chip damage is very small.
3.
Decryption chips to renewable methods in addition to hardware, software technology also developed rapidly, however, some software will turn to some unusual failure or damage to printers when using,so there must be senior technical staff to guide before using and not to do it without grasping attempt. The usage of various software is also differe, please contact with us timely and obtain the latest software technical support.
IV.Ink flow phenomenon
Failure phenomenon
◇ There are some small ink spot on paper when printing? ?
◇ paper recurring large ink spot when printing
◇ Whatever paper printing, there are always some residual ink on the paper edge
◇ There are always some ink marks on the printer roller.
◇ There is always broken string of Printing test line, and a color each string phenomenon
Solution

we design a siphon breakpoint in the automatic providing ink system,if without this design, ink will be flow along the ink pipeline from external cartridge to printers automatically,resulting in leaking ink and the wire is break.
The following situation will lead to ink flow phenomenon and printing abnormal:

First, the external cartridge is drived up and the liquid water is 50 mm higher than print nozzle,in this situation it will cause the ink flow because of the gravity. At this time, ink will flow out from the print nozzle, the higher the sooner.the print nozzle bears an unusual large pressure now, so it will turn the phenomena such as leaking ink, breakwire, colours blend and so on.

Second, there are too nuch ink in the cartridge. Because there are no siphon breakpoint, the pipelines and the cartridge integrate one unit, even if the external cartridge is not drive up, it would also lead to ink slow ,leaking ink and breakwire

Third, if the external cartridge is drive up and the liquid water is 50 mm higher than print nozzle, it will not cause ink flow, but the print nozzle also bear static pressure, so it will also turn the phenomena of string broken, colours blend and so on.

Fourth, the external cartridge is low down and the liquid water is lower 300 mm than the print nozzle, this will cause an ink circumfluence to the external cartridge because of the gravity, at this time, the air will enter into printing cartridge according to the print nozzle and it will turn the phenomena of string broken, colours blend and so on.


If your printer has this problem, please have a check if it is because the external cartridge is put down or raise.

Attention: the external cartridge of automatic providing ink system must used at the same level with the printer.

It is simple to exclude the failure caused by I.III.IV situation: you just need to put the external cartridge at the same level with the printer., it will be natural after 2 hours. For the second case, you can exclude as the following steps;
◇ Put out the infusing ink elbow from cartridge, and put it on a high place, the ink will flow from the leak department.
◇ Printing out 5 to 10 pieces of A4 pictures, then insert the elbow into the cartridge, If necessary, you can? implemente the order of cleansing and print test and debug the printer to a normal condition.
V.Leaking gas
Failure phenomenon:
◇ There is a section of air in one of ink pipelines when it is work.
◇ There is a section of air in every pipeline when it is work.
Solution

As has been said before, there is a section of air present on the top of cartridge which connect with the automatic providing ink system, this is to avoid siphon principles to the ink self-flow phenomena. If you see some small air bubbles in pipeline, please don`t worry, they will be absorbed by the upper air layer in the cartridge.

The air layer in the cartridge will expand and shrink along with the indoor temperature, if there is a section of air that less than 150mm in the pipelines which connect with the cartridge when the printer is in out of work condition, this is due to expansion caused by the air layer, a normal phenomenon. But if there is air in the whole pipeline, this is caused by leaking gas or the interface is not sealed.
If there is entire air in one of pipelines, please have a check whether the elbow or interface is sealed; if there is entire air in all of the pipelines, please check whether it is the cartridge leaking gas and change another cartridge
VI.The idle time of the printer is too long
Failure phenomenon:
◇ The printer idle for one month and now work irregular
◇ Printer not often printing, but there is problem after three months
Solution
The following three situations may occur:
◇ If the ink surface of the external cartridge is lower than the printing nozzle,Since the ??returning power(ink flow to the external cartridge) is much more than the gravity force(ink flow to the printing cartridge), so the air can enter into cartridge though pritning nozzle, and there will be some small bubbles in the ink, these small bubbles will cause printing breakwire. ???
◇ When the printing nozzle back to the initial position and the rubber sealed pad beside the washing ink tank is leaking gas, it will also lead to ink dry customs and oxidation. ??
◇ If printers were placed in a high temperature, dry, the sun shone directly environment for a long time, it will also cause the ink evaporation,drying and oxidation, especially to some thin and transparent ink pipelines.
the following are our effective measures to avoid the failures, please operate by steps:
◇ Before you using the printer for a long time, please check the printing nozzle and testing line, you`d better ptint 10 pieces four-colour or six-colour testing pictures continuously and ensure to have a normal results.
◇ press the keys on the panels gaving the cleansing orders.
◇ Observer the maximum height of all color ink surface of the external cartridge, and make sure the height is the same as the printing nozzle
◇ Finally, please make sure the printers and automatic providing ink system should be kept in the shade and lucifuge environment.
VII.Installation failure
Failure phenomenon:
when printing
◇there is a friction between the pipeline and the casing when printing
◇ the pastern of the pipeline shelf is not solid.
Solution

The ink pipeline should not be too long
◇ If the length of ink pipeline from pipeline shelf to printing cartridge is too long, it will cause a friction between the pipeline and the casing when printing, so you should adjust it to a best length.
◇ If the length of ink pipeline from pipeline shelf to printing cartridge is too short, it will also cause the red light bright when printing.
◇ The friction between the pipeline and the casing is most occurred in EPSON 780 / 790 / 810 / 820 / 830 / C61 etc. These models have a common characteristic: the both sides of upper casing are arc. You can avoid such friction by some much thiner and softer ink pipeline, but such pipeline is easy blocked, so it doesn`t meet the need of automatic providing ink system. Our ink pipeline has a high frictional coefficient, and its resilience, strength and range are fully consistent with international advanced automatic providing ink system design.
◇ When the the pastern of the pipeline shelf is not solid,you chould replace a new adhensive paper and re-taped.
VIII.Color failure
Failure phenomenon:
◇The Color manuscript is print out to be a black and white one
◇ compared with the original colors, the printed color is distorted or even contrary.
Solution

Check whether you use B&W ink or typewritten setting form, if not sure, please have a check of the nozzle and printing test line. If there are serious test line broken string, please carry out 3 times cleansing order, then print the test line.if there are still some serious breakwire, please adopt the method of"there is bubble in the cartridge"to solve.

If the testing line is normal, please print out four-colour or six-colour testing pictures, and compare with the standard test picture. The normal four colors` order is: Yellow(Y)→Magenta(M)→ Green(C)→Black (B), and the normal six colors` order is: Yellow (Y)→light Magenta (LM)→ Magenta (M)→light Green(LC)→Green(C)→Black (B).

If the color sequence is wrong, please get out the automatic providing ink system and have a thorough cleansing ,then replace the original cartridge or empty cartridge.
IX.Ink failure
Failure phenomenon:
◇ After the automatic providing ink system is used for a short time, there is always one or a few colors breakwire in the printing test page, but other colour is normal and the results of repeated cleansing tests are the same.

◇ some colors(relatively fixed colours) are always recurring blocked and broken string when using.
◇Compared with the original color printing,there is deviant color or the black color is too light or the grey leaning to green and red side.
◇the levels is couldn`t delicate or rich enough when print portrait photographs.
◇from the external cartridge you can often see some sediments in ink.
Solution

These failures are caused by unsuitable selection of ink, we recommend you to choose the ink provided by us, epson compatible ink manufacturers now produce many, varied quality, ink. While you do not necessarily need to use a professional-level ink images, but you should note that: the ink of automatic providing ink system must better than the compatible ink, and the compatible ink must batter than bulk infusing ink. In other words, the compatible ink may not necessarily suitable for automatic providing ink system.

The ink which provide by our company is checked by strictly physical-chemical analysis and prolonged stability testing, the color is exact, density is high and good saturation. If you just bought our company's automatic providing ink system accessories, and more willing to use your own selected ink, you should at least do the basic tests from the following:
No plug blocked within six months
the ink could produce sediments within three months
Will not dry knot or blocked the nozzle within one month
Will not have a serious lack of color breakwire within 15 days.
Assembly complete cleansing time will not more than three (including natural cleansing)
Color print only slightly deviant, black is exact.
the grey color couldn`t leaning to green or red side.

X.Cleansing failure
Failure phenomenon:

◇there is some redundant ink under the cartridge,and motley on the begining printing part of manuscript.
◇there is some strange beep when you execute the cleansing order.
◇sometimes the printer will execute the cleansing order without the operator
◇the red light on the printer panel is twinkling in turn with the electrical source green light
Solution

Cleansing nozzle order is to dredge nozzle, remove the ink air bubbles which ensure the printing results. As Epson printers are set up for each ink protection register, when the cumulative ink achieve maximum volume, the red light on the printer panel will twinkling in turn with the electrical source green light. At this point it is necessary to the maintenance station for the replacement of internal scrap,and put the read of ink protection register to zero, then it will work in normal condition.

Printers should avoid too much cleansing when using, if the cleansing time is too much, some of the ink will seep into the printing cartridge and the emergence of redundant ink which impact ?the printing quality. Some printers will be issued in the cleansing stages voices, at this time you should stop cleansing and wipe the redundant ink then placed for about 30 minutes, the problem will eliminated.
