It is suitable for using in the ceramics, glass, metal, wooden, stone, plastic and other hard materials to do the sublimation transfer printing coat. This kind of coat is mainly composed of two components: host crystal and hardener, the general rate is 3:1 (3 host crystal and 1 hardener), it can spray or soak directly on the surface of the object then wait for it dry naturally( about 3 hours) or drying 3 minutes at 200 centigrade. If it feels soft, the hardener may slightly reduce. The pressure should adjusted the location which the paper just touches the object lightly when you heat transfer printing pictures, otherwise, it will cause the luster of the object surface destroyed. To glass, wood, metal, stones and some other flat objects, 220-250 degrees with 30-40 seconds can be pressed; and to PVC csrd, EVA and other material does not withstand high temperatures you can put a wet cloth underside before pressing. To prevent from deformation after pressing , you should placed the object on slab with heavy and get it off until cooling off, and with some unformed object you can bake or press directly by wraping or silica gel templates.

notice items
After taking out a certain hardener you should cover the the remaining doses immediately to avoid a long-term exposure with air and mature to use
