the notice items of the installation of automatic providing ink system

1.The printer must have a test whether it can work in a normal condition before installation?

Check printer`s mechanical condition, lubricant condition, or whether damaged.

2.printer nozzles must be have a ainspection before installation

Clean the printer nozzle at least one time and print the testing line to detecte the nozzle

3.There must be a test whether the picture can be printed normally before installation

Printer head ageing test must be had by standard test plan or printing test charts
Note : If the printer test is in negative condition,please explain to customers on time

4.Inspecte the external cartridge whether placed at the same table with printers

The external cartridge must be placed at the same table with printers.

5.Inspect the ink pipeline whether break away from the Connect of external cartridge or seep ink

If it breaks away from the connect or seep ink please re-insert it.

6.Inspect the chip on the cartridge wherher installed correctly or solidly.

If the chip loose, please correct before fixed.

7.Inspect whether the blowhole of outside six-colour printer box or four-colour printer box is opened

Pull the closure plug on the blowhole away and install the air filters

8.After you put the cartridge into its place, it start to implemente the cleansing order and inspecte whether the ink is full filed with every pipeline.

.if the ink in the pipelines does not flow to the direction of cartridge, Please repeat inspect the items of 5, 6, 7, 8

9.When the printer in out of condition, does the ink in the pipelines are flow?

If the ink flow in the direction of external cartridge, Please repeat inspect the seventh items or the leakproofness of cartridge
If the ink flow in the direction of printing cartridge, Please repeat inspect the third items or pull out the ink pipelines, clean the nozzle for two times and let a 50-centimetre-long air into pipelines, then plug the pipelines

10.Get the printing cartridge down and reversal it with the paper pad on it, let the cartridge as low as possoble, and test it whether leak ink

If it is, please return it to the place which with the same level of external cartridge, and put a injector into the ink output, adjust the rubber valves until the ink wouldn`t leak

11.put the printing cartridge back into the printer, execute the nozzle cleaning procedures and clean the nozzle to check whether the testing paper are normal

if it is abnormal, please deal with as the following steps:
A. re-clean the nozzle then print the picture to see whether it is blocked.
B. check the printing test pipelines,if one of the color line is parted( or haven`t pipelines),please the A operation.
C. if the test pipelines do not lack color or just a little destroyed, please set printers idle for about 30 minutes, then repeat the operation A and B
D. For those uneasy debugging machines, can make them in a perfect normal condition in 2~3 hours through the above methods
Note : longer time interval for each cleansing to avoid implementing too many cleansing orders. To the problems of installing or debugging, they can be resolved basically by the above sequence of steps
